True2Self currently ships within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or product launches.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.



Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination

Any applicable taxes are calculated according to Canadian and Alberta tax regulations.



Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


True2Self is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout




Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.

True2Self is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.





Return & Refund Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

 


Due to the personal care and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Used or opened items
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based reasons (scent, texture, etc.)

 

This policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws, which allow businesses to set return conditions as long as they are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.



Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at True2Self.ont@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Candles
  • Body care products
  • Any item marked as final sale
